Introducing Our New Website

Maven Women’s next iteration!

And a continuation of the work Rebecca Ballard began over a decade ago as a DC nonprofit advocacy and labor and employment lawyer, and then working on the ground across Asia.

By Rebecca Ballard

I am thrilled to announce the new website for Rebecca Ballard Advisory!

For over 10 years, I have advanced sustainable fashion solutions that honor people and the planet. I have seen increased regulation, changing consumer demands, environmental issues, developments around labor law, and competition from sustainable to conventional brands impact the fashion industry.

Today, I am more dedicated than ever to bridging people, systems, and organizations to transform the impact of the fashion industry from exploitation to empowerment.

I dream of a future where all who work in the fashion industry have jobs that improve their lives, families, communities, and our world.

Through RB Advisory, I aim to continue to contribute to long-term solutions and drive much-needed change forward. RB Advisory will serve as the umbrella brand for my professional services, and I will continue to engage in collective solutions through my work with the nonprofit The Fashion Connection.

Every day, our fashion decisions have a profound impact on women globally. The clothes we create and ways we consume them deeply impact our broader workforce and environment. Indeed, the fashion industry does not operate in a vacuum. If we let it, there is a beautiful web which can connect all of us in powerful and affirming ways.

I invite you to:

2) Explore Rebecca Ballard advisory’s services and consider if you or those in your orbit are interested in engaging
